Quick Movie Review – ‘Mary Poppins’

On Easter Tuesday this week, my parents and I went to see a re-release of ‘Mary Poppins’ at the cinema. I greatly enjoyed watching this film on the big screen. I used to see ‘Mary Poppins’ when I was a kid in the 1990s. It’s incredible that the film is celebrating its 60th anniversary since its release in 1964. 🙂 Continue reading

Movie Review – ‘The Aristocats’

One of the films I was hoping to see at the cinema this year was a re-release of the Disney film ‘The Aristocats’. It would’ve been shown at Showcase Cinemas in Nantgarw, Cardiff on the 11th of April 2020. Sadly, that didn’t occur due to the Covid-19 pandemic closing cinemas down around that time. Continue reading
