We now look at the five-episode ‘Daleks!’ mini-series, which was broadcast on the official ‘Doctor Who’ YouTube channel from November to December 2020. The ‘Daleks!’ series takes place before the events of ‘Defender of the Daleks’ and ‘The Enemy of My Enemy’ and features Nicholas Briggs as the voice of the Daleks who is joined by the vocal talents of Joe Sugg, Anjli Mohindra and Ayesha Antoine. I’ve seen the second ‘Downton Abbey’ Christmas Special called ‘A Journey to the Highlands’, which was shown on ITV1 back in December 2012. I’ve had a chance to check out ‘The Hobbit’ and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ films again, set in the world of Middle-Earth. I’m planning to do a ‘LOTR’-styled Advent Calendar for my blog this year with a comedic edge to it. I also hope to make a start on updating my reviews on the ‘LOTR’ radio series once I’ve sorted out my ‘Nyssa Challenge’ reviews for this year.
