It’s amazing what 170 years will do for a classic novel. That’s right! It will have been 170 years since the publication of ‘Jane Eyre’ by Charlotte Brontë. Last Tuesday, my parents and I went to see ‘Gaslight’ at the New Theatre in Cardiff. I greatly enjoyed this theatre production of the story, finding it gripping, scary and also funny at the same time. The play was divided into two acts. As promised, here’s a new DVD review added to ‘The Works of Sarah Sutton’, attached to ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ page for Christmas 2016! It’s on the BBC TV movie of ‘Alice Through The Looking Glass’ starring Sarah Sutton as Alice. It was shown on Christmas Day back in 1973.
