On Christmas Day, I’m sharing my reviews on ‘Timeslip’ – both the sci-fi TV series and the Big Finish audios. I’ve created a new page for ‘Timeslip’ as well as added my reviews on the four stories featured in the TV series, based on the 5-disc DVD set, and on the two Big Finish audio volumes which are available as 3-disc CD sets and downloads from the Big Finish website.
‘Timeslip’ stars Spencer Banks as Simon Randall and Cheryl Burfield as Liz Skinner, both on TV and audio. The TV series features Denis Quilley as Commander Traynor whilst the Big Finish audios feature Sarah Sutton (well-known as Nyssa in ‘Doctor Who’) as Charlotte Trent. I’ve added my reviews on the Big Finish audios of ‘Timeslip’ to ‘The Works of Sarah Sutton’ page, attached to ‘The Nyssa Challenge’. This is just in time before ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season for 2020-21 begins tomorrow. 🙂

Bradley's Basement 
I was just thinking about Timeslip last night and checking out a bit of it on YouTube. It’s indeed fascinating how another British show about time travel could make superb headway just after classic Doctor Who has made its claim to fame in that regard. The success of Quantum Leap just after classic Doctor Who’s cancellation was also a good reassurance of how popular time travel TV shows could still be. Thank you, Tim, for your review.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on ‘Timeslip’. It’s been interesting checking out this sci-fi series through the TV show and the Big Finish audios. I’m glad I’ve checked out the series, especially with Sarah Sutton as Charlotte Trent in the audio stories. I know Big Finish seem to have finished the ‘Timeslip’ audios, but I hope it won’t be the end as I’ve enjoyed checking out ‘Timeslip’ on DVD and CD, especially recently with checking out the two latest audios from 2023.
