Yesterday, my parents and I went to see the concert, ‘Shake That Thing’ (or ‘The Great British Swing-Dance Show’) at the Taliesin in Swansea. Concert Review – ‘The Glenn Miller Orchestra’

Yesterday, my parents and I saw ‘The Glenn Miller Orchestra’ at St David’s Hall in Cardiff! I enjoyed the concert very much as I love the music of Glenn Miller! In April 2016, I attended the ‘30th Festival of Jazz, Swing and Cabaret’ at Richardson’s South Downs Holiday Village. Yesterday, I enjoyed attending the event ‘Fascinating Rhythm’ with my parents. This was a local event presented by the Llandaff Theatre Company. Holiday Report – ‘30th Festival of Jazz, Swing and Cabaret’

I’ve had a nice weekend in Chichester with my parents. We attended the ‘30th Festival of Jazz, Swing and Cabaret’ at Richardson’s South Downs Holiday Village with Tony Jacobs. This was a relaxing weekend of concerts featuring some of the best jazz and swing music from the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. Continue reading
