‘Tales From The TARDIS’ Review – ‘The People’s Temple’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And here we are on the seventh and final instalment of the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume Two’ collection of ‘Doctor Who’ audio stories. This year’s Easter review season has been shorter compared to last year, I know, but I’m happy to have completed my reviews on the stories featured in the two ‘Tales From The TARDIS’ audio anthologies, ever since I did my reviews on the ‘Short Trips’ and ‘More Short Trips’ book anthologies in ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season back from March to April 2024. Today, we’re checking out ‘The People’s Temple’ by Paul Leonard. The story features the Eighth Doctor and Sam, and it’s read by Paul McGann. As well as being the seventh and final story in the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume Two’ collection, ‘The People’s Temple’ is the third and final story in the ‘Earth and Beyond’ audio anthology, featuring the Eighth Doctor and Sam. It’s also the fifteenth and final story in the BBC ‘Short Trips’ 1998 book collection.

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my review on ‘The People’s Temple’ by clicking on the link for it. You can purchase ‘The People’s Temple’ from the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume Two’ collection via Audible.

Enjoy! 🙂

That’s it for my reviews on the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume Two’ collection of ‘Doctor Who’ audio stories. I hope you enjoyed them. 🙂 Next Easter, I hope to do another review season on a ‘Doctor Who’ audio series. Will it be on the ‘Once and Future’ 60th anniversary audio series by Big Finish? Probably. 😀 Stay tuned!

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
