Merry Christmas everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
It’s Christmas time, and here’s my latest Christmas photo of me with Millie Gibson, who plays Ruby Sunday in ‘Doctor Who’. I had the photo taken with Millie at the ‘London Comic Con Winter’ in November 2024. It’s likely Millie won’t be in the ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Special ‘Joy to the World’ today, but that doesn’t mean she can’t appear on my blog for Christmas Day. 😀

I’m very happy I was able to do the Christmas photo with Millie at the ‘London Comic Con Winter’ recently. Once we had the photo, Millie thanked me for allowing her to wear the Santa hat. I’m pleased she enjoyed wearing it. 😀 This has become my favourite photo with Millie. 🙂
Despite the prospect of Millie as Ruby not being in the Christmas Special this year, I’m looking forward to checking out ‘Joy to the World’ on BBC iPlayer. I hope to share my spoiler-free reaction on the Christmas Special sometime later today. I’ll soon be sharing a quick review on the latest colourisation of ‘The War Games’, which was shown on the 23rd of December.
There’s also the latest ‘Wallace & Gromit’ film ‘Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl’ to check out on BBC iPlayer. Christmas Day promises to be a day full of enjoyable Christmas entertainment in both ‘Doctor Who’ and ‘Wallace & Gromit’. I’m pretty excited. I also hope to share my review on the latest ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ Christmas Special on my blog very soon.
If you want more ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Specials by me on ‘Bradley’s Basement’, there’s the ‘Merry Christmas From the Doctor, Nyssa and Billy’ stories ‘The Ghost of Leckwick’, ‘The Pantomime of Death’ and ‘Cuddles’. There’s also ‘The Five Doctors at Christmas’, ‘Return to Christmas’ and the short story ‘Girl Out of Nowhere’ from ‘The Paul Spragg ReCollections, Volume 2’, found on the Divergent Wordsmiths website.
There are also some Christmas reviews by me to check out on films such as ‘The Polar Express’, ‘Elf’, ‘Home Alone’, ‘Home Alone 2: Lost in New York’ and ‘The Santa Clause’ trilogy. There’s also my reviews on ‘The Nativity Story’, ‘Jesus of Nazareth’, ‘It’s a Boy’ and ‘The Small One’, which focus on the first Christmas about the birth of the baby Jesus.
Christmas is very special to me. Not just because of being with family and loved ones and having presents and food. But also to remember that Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem, so that he can save us from our sins when he died on the cross at Easter time. It’s an occasion I always look forward to and I’m looking forward to celebrating it again at home and at my local church.
Keep a look out for more Christmas reviews by me for the rest of 2024. There’ll be a ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season by me this Christmas season on ‘Bradley’s Basement’, which starts tomorrow. So, please keep a look out for the reviews’ announcements from the rest of December 2024 to the start of January 2025.
I wish everyone a very happy Christmas Day and a Happy New Year. The same goes for the ‘Doctor Who’ stars I’ve met at conventions over the years, including Sarah Sutton, Peter Davison, Nicola Bryant, Colin Baker, Sophie Aldred, Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann, Janet Fielding, Matthew Waterhouse, Mark Strickson, Wendy Padbury, Frazer Hines, Jodie Whittaker, David Tennant, Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson.
God bless you all and please keep safe on this special day.
I leave you now with a special YouTube video featuring Sooty, Sweep and Soo from ‘The Sooty Show’ called ‘Izzy WIzzy Christmas’.
Enjoy!
Merry Christmas everyone! 🙂
Bye for now!
