Day 11 – ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendar 2020

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Day 11 of ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendar 2020.

Cuddles has a little friend! Do you know who that is?

His name is Snoopy! That’s right! It’s Snoopy from the Peanuts comic strips as well as certain animated movies. Here’s a photo of Santa Cuddles with Snoopy, as they’re about to watch ‘Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie’ as well as ‘The Peanuts 2 Movie Collection’ which I like too.

I saw ‘Snoopy and Charlie Brown The Peanuts Movie’ at the cinema back in January 2016. I later had ‘The Peanuts 2 Movie Collection’ for my birthday in May 2016. The two movies in that collection are ‘Snoopy Come Home!’ and ‘A Boy Named Charlie Brown’. They’re very nice films and easy to watch.

I had the pleasure of seeing these movies again to cheer me up this year. The films do have some very good moral messages, especially with Charlie Brown growing up and gaining confidence in himself. Snoopy is also very funny as Charlie’s pet dog and he’s often the highlight in these movies. 🙂

Cuddles and Snoopy have met Sarah Sutton (Nyssa in ‘Doctor Who’) together once when they came to Weston-super-Mare with me to attend the ‘Stars of Time Film & Comic Con @ The Tropicana’. I’m sure Snoopy has an identical twin brother called Snoopers. He could have more than one relative. 😀

I’m looking forward to getting a chance to see one of the Peanuts movies on DVD again this Christmas time. Cuddles and Snoopy are looking forward to it too. Cuddles does get confused though since he thinks he’s Snoopy who appears in the films half of the time, whereas Snoopy tells him it’s not him.

Cuddles: Buggles is complaining I don’t have Tinkerbell in one of my Christmas photos!

Thanks for reading!

Check out what Day 11 of my ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendars for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 were about!

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
