SERIES 3, EPISODE 5

Please feel free to comment on my review.

Jeeves and Wooster return to Totleigh Towers with Gussie and Madeline as well as Sir Watkyn Bassett; Roderick Spode; Stiffy Bing; Stinker Pinker; Constable Oates and Stiffy’s dog Bartholomew.

Lady Florence Craye makes her first appearance in the series. She’s a vicious woman with a fiery spirit and bad temper. Bertie’s engaged to her and has to steal a manuscript from Sir Watkyn for her.

This is a good episode and has a good stage show in Totleigh village with performances including Spode and Gussie doing a double act that ends in disaster when Gussie hits Spode with an umbrella.

‘Series 3, Episode Five’ rating – 9/10
