Just a quickie for today! 🙂 As the trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ came out recently, it’s only fair that I share my reaction on the news of the upcoming film ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 4’, which I’m looking forward to seeing in March 2027, according to the latest teaser video.

Apparently, that is Jim Carrey’s voice in the teaser, meaning he’s coming back to play Dr. Robotnik again for this ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ film. My best friend Stephen confirmed this and the Wikipedia page for ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 4’ confirms it too. I’m glad I wasn’t hearing things.

From seeing the teaser, it looks like all the characters we’ve seen in the ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ film series so far are coming back for this fourth film, including Sonic himself, Robotnik, Tails, Knuckles, Tom and Maddie, and Shadow. New characters will be in it too.

As established in the post-credits scene for ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 3’, Amy Rose will be in the fourth film as well as the Metal Sonics. The ‘Sonic’ films do seem to get better and better as time goes on, especially when new characters are being introduced in each film.

I’ve checked and apparently, ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 4’ will be released at cinemas on March 19th, 2027. And that will be a week before Easter 2027 comes along in March as opposed to April. So, another ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ film at Easter time to look forward to! Great! 🙂

I do enjoy checking out the ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ movies when they come out at cinemas. I’m looking forward to seeing ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 4’ when it comes out in 2027, especially to see Jim Carrey back as Dr. Robotnik, as he’s always a highlight for me in these films.
