Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s my birthday today! 😀 I’m looking forward to enjoying today. I hope to be surprised in terms of birthday celebrations. I’m lucky to have my birthday on a Bank Holiday, since we’ve had King Charles’ coronation over the weekend. 🙂 I’m sure there’s a ‘Doctor Who’ surprise to look forward to.

Below is a photo of me and Sarah Sutton (Nyssa in ‘Doctor Who’) when I saw her for my birthday weekend at ‘The Capitol II’ convention in May 2017. I had a great time seeing her at that convention back then. I hope it won’t be long before I see Sarah again at another convention sometime in 2023.

I enjoyed my birthday over the weekend by visiting the Caerphilly Mountain Snack Bar where they serve burgers and hot dogs. 😀 I’ve enjoyed the original ‘Spider-Man’ film trilogy with Tobey Maguire, and I’m enjoying ‘1963: Fanfare For The Common Men’, a ‘Doctor Who’ audio story starring Peter Davison and Sarah Sutton on vinyl.

I’m hoping to see the latest ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ film ‘Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3’ sometime soon at the cinema. I’m hoping to see the film at the Showcase Cinema in Nantgarw, and have a Frankie & Benny’s meal afterwards – perhaps a lasagne. It’s likely I’ll have a side order of fries with the lasagne. Yum-yum. 🙂

This morning, I hope to revisit ‘Black Orchid’, my absolute favourite ‘Doctor Who’ story, on Britbox. I’m taking the day off tomorrow from work, so I hope to enjoy any birthday presents I receive today then. This coming Saturday, I’ll be catching up with my best mate Stephen to celebrate my birthday.

I’m currently ‘umming and ahing’ about what we can do this coming Saturday, as we can either go to Swansea, Bristol or Barry Island for a day trip. Hopefully, it’ll be sunny on the day. Whatever happens, I’m sure that we’ll enjoy catching up. I also hope the trains will be working properly that day.

Many thanks for supporting my blog these eight years. I hope to continue uploading more chapters of ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’ to my blog, continue the ‘Doctor Who’ 60th Anniversary Marathon, and get all of my ‘Power Month’ review season of ‘Power Rangers’ episodes ready in time for July 2023.
